Batter cleaning system for Perfect+ (Perfect S) is the ideal tool to clean the batter from the roller stones. After grinding the batter, remove the drum with roller stones from the grinder. Remove the roller holder assembly. Place the batter cleaning system on top of the stainless steel drum. Place the roller holder assembly on top of the Batter cleaning system. Now rotate the roller stones and the dough stuck to the roller stones, falls right into the stainless steel drum.
