    Hi,

    I bought my Ultra Grind+ Slimline From Inno concepts in May 2012 (order number 17919) and after good home use for the past 5 years, it is not switching on now.

    I live in San Francisco, California now. Could you please point me to some service centers nearby?

    Hello:

    I have an Ultra Grinder from India that is 15 years old. I smell burning rubber when i run the grinder. It is also taking longer to grind. Are you able to determine the cause fix this issue in your service center?

    Please advise.
